Isabelle Saubadu is a Los Angeles-based real estate agent with Douglas Elliman, specializing in design-forward and architecturally distinctive homes. Her practice is focused primarily on the Westside, including Venice, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, and Beverly Hills, with select work in Silver Lake and the Hollywood Hills.

Originally from France, with a background in fashion and design, Isabelle brings a creative eye, refined attention to detail, and an international perspective to real estate. Her design background shapes the way she sees property — considering proportion, materials, light, and functionality alongside location, value, and long-term potential.

Combining strong local market knowledge with a thoughtful, highly personalized approach, Isabelle advises buyers and sellers on everything from identifying opportunities and recognizing value to positioning a property and navigating negotiations. Closely involved throughout the process, she brings creativity, practical judgment, and a discerning eye to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Isabelle’s love of design extends naturally to architecture, travel, and discovering different cultures. She returns often to Europe while remaining deeply connected to life in Los Angeles, where she enjoys spending time with her daughter and close friends, being by the water, and the relaxed, outdoor lifestyle of Southern California.
